During development of MHM plans, the community members may add or remove facility names from this designation, by their own choice. 2024 has FY 2024 MHM categories for the Yarmouth plan not including select culverts and public water supply wells used in their 2024 update. In June of 2025, the current Harwich MHM critical facilities were added and INCLUDED wastewater pump station sites and public supply wells. Points included in the MHM plans may be selected by querying MHM_2024 = 'Y'. This version was copied to Critfac_2025 on July 3, 2025. In April of 2018, this feature containing point locations for Cape Cod Critical facilities was revised to include MHM plan updates from 2015 to 2018. The critical facilities for those plans had been updated in single-town point features. There is a field name with the town three-character USGS identifier and the last two digit of the year. For example, if MHM2018_CGW is 'Y', it was included in that years' MHM plan. Towns included in this update are Chatham 2018, Bourne 2017, Harwich 2017, Yarmouth 2016, Mashpee 2016, Sandwich 2016, Truro 2016, and Provincetown 2015.
